Mrs. Fairuz is specialized in Corporate and Commercial, Construction and Public Works Contracts, Taxation, and General Business Law matters She has assisted many Clients throughout their lifecycle in Libya, starting with local set up, employment relations, drafting and concluding of all types of agreements, all through to the final stages of liquidation. She is also the point of contact for many of the firm’s client Embassies and diplomatic Missions.
Fairuz is a law graduate from Griffith College Dublin, which is accredit by the Nottingham Trent University since 2005.
She went on to do further studies in International Trade Law at Nottingham Trent University covering subjects such as International Finance, Dispute Resolution. Insurance of Carriage & Trade and World Trade Organization. Recently she has been involved as one of the team assisting an international consortium in awarding a Public Work Contract worth $200 million.
Fairuz speaks Arabic and English fluently.
