Ms. Takwa holds a Master’s degree in Private Law from Ain Shams University. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the German University in Cairo (GUC). She also completed a legal internship at a law office in Cairo, gaining practical experience in various aspects of legal practice.
During her academic years in Cairo, Takwa actively pursued legal training and participated in a wide range of specialized workshops. These included dispute resolution and arbitration, anti–money laundering, cybercrime, and the criminal protection of electronic editors and electronic signatures. She also took part in several legal translation workshops, further strengthening her bilingual legal communication skills. In addition, she developed a solid foundational knowledge in mergers and acquisitions. Her practical engagement extended to participating in moot court competitions, where she enhanced her legal reasoning, research, and oral advocacy skills.
